Bond Weight Calibration System MCS-20 (10 lb / 4.5 kg)
The MCS-20 offers bond force calibration for bond weights up to 2,500 gf. With the load cell for heavy wire applications, bond weights up to 10 lb can be calibrated.

The software-supported calibration enables the observation of force overtime, as well as the observation of temperature over time. CSV and PDF files can be exported to document the results.
